Meditation
Registration is open for this session beginning March 1. Enrollment in the class is not guaranteed and the cost may not be pro-rated after the start date.
Tuesdays, 5-5:30 PM, Meditation is accessible to all levels and body types and is especially suited for beginners. We will practice guided and mantra meditation, pranayama (mindful breathing exercises), and improving posture. Please bring a yoga mat an a cushion of small pillow.

Hatha/Slow Flow

Fridays 9:15-10:15 AM, Hatha/Slow Flow is accessible to all levels and body types and is great for beginners. Basic stretches, postures and breathwork help to develop strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and body awareness. Bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the site for $10.

Yoga for Runners

Thursdays 4-5 PM, this class is not strictly for runners and offers a fourfold focus: stretching the muscles most often used in running, 2) encouraging participants to explore different planes of the body to diversify their movement, 3) building and strengthening the core to maintain a strong, healthy running form, and 4) building lung capacity through pranayama (mindful breathing activity). Bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the site for $10.
