Tuesdays 3:45-4:45 PM, Yoga for Women’s Health is an all-women’s class creating a safe space for self expression and customized to focus on mind-body challenges specific to women. It is accessible to all levels and body types and is great for beginners. Basic stretches, postures and breathwork help to develop strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and body awareness. Bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the site for $10.
