Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is accessible to all levels and body types and is especially suited for beginners. Basic stretches, postures and breathwork help to develop strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and body awareness. Bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the site for $10.
Power Yoga Flow
In this intermediate to advanced level class we will explore more challenging poses, balances, and core engagement. We will also focus on pranayama (mindful breathing exercises). This would be a good class for those who have practiced yoga consistently for 3+ years.

This class will focus on core and balance poses to strengthen our joints, muscles, and bones. Prepare to practice static balance postures as well as dynamic balance combinations. Beginners are welcome.
