Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is accessible to all levels and body types and is especially suited for beginners. Basic stretches, postures and breathwork help to develop strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and body awareness. Bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the site for $10.

Power Yoga Flow
In this intermediate to advanced level class we will explore more challenging poses, balances, and core engagement. We will also focus on pranayama (mindful breathing exercises). This would be a good class for those who have practiced yoga consistently for 3+ years.

Thursdays 4-5 PM, this class is not strictly for runners and offers a fourfold focus: stretching the muscles most often used in running, 2) encouraging participants to explore different planes of the body to diversify their movement, 3) building and strengthening the core to maintain a strong, healthy running form, and 4) building lung capacity through pranayama (mindful breathing activity). Bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the site for $10.

Through yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (mindful breathing) we will learn to activate these chakras. We will also explore the elements, colors, seed sounds, and themes related to each of them.

In this 45-minute class, we will focus on balance poses to strengthen our joints, muscles, and bones. Prepare to practice static balance postures as well as dynamic balance combinations. Beginners are welcome. There are ONLY four classes: May 27, June 10, June 24, July 1.
