In this cooking series we will explore topics and ingredients that support better health and wellness. Students will prepare 2-3 plant-based items per class including one item to take home. The class includes a Braise Bite and cocktail or mocktail.
Time: 5:45 arrival/6 pm class begins

Pan-Fried Turmeric Chickpea Snack. Quinoa Salad with Radishes, Currants, and Mint; Lemon-Turmeric Tonic (take home)
