20+ years experience in the wellness realm…so what?

I’ve been a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach since January 2023. I’ve been working as as Health Coach since September of 2022. But my time working in the Health and Wellness world didn’t start there. I’m coming up on 23 years—27 if you count my college studies, and nearly 30 if you count my early experiments with healthy cooking in the mid-90s—of growth experience in this arena. The point is, A LOT has happened in the last two plus decades to expand my knowledge and enhance my wisdom to be a great Health Coach today.

When I work with clients, they aren’t just getting my academic credentials in Food and Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Yoga, and Health Coaching. They have access to my real-life experiences—all the tastes, trust, tumbles, trials and tribulations. Through my experiments and adventures with recipes, home organization, workouts, self-care routines, relationships, spirituality, travel, and social undertakings, I’ve weeded through a lot of what doesn’t work…FOR ME, of course. Everyone has to sort through what works for them—that’s the bio-individuality we speak of in my health coaching school of thought—but I hope to bring the wisdom of my mistakes and celebrations to open your mind to the possibilities and guide you towards your best current fit.

Through my experience in restaurants, at urban and rural farms, in yoga and dance studios, schools, play spaces, spiritual spaces, and gorgeous settings in nature, I bring you a well-rounded, open-hearted, incredibly humbled approach to helping you become a better version of what’s at your core. I hope to empower you to chip away all the unnecessary in this life and find the masterpiece that’s at your center.

You can start by introducing yourself to me and scheduling a Health History Discovery Session (i.e. free consultation) with me today. I look forward to meeting you, sharing my stories, and hearing yours.
