Yoga for Runners

Registration is open for this session beginning March 1. Enrollment in the class is not guaranteed and the cost may not be pro-rated after the start date.

Thursdays 4-5 PM, this class is not strictly for runners and offers a fourfold focus: stretching the muscles most often used in running, 2) encouraging participants to explore different planes of the body to diversify their movement, 3) building and strengthening the core to maintain a strong, healthy running form, and 4) building lung capacity through pranayama (mindful breathing activity). Bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the site for $10.
