Yoga for Balance

In this 45-minute class, we will focus on balance poses to strengthen our joints, muscles, and bones. Prepare to practice static balance postures as well as dynamic balance combinations. Beginners are welcome. There are ONLY four classes: May 27, June 10, June 24, July 1.
