Join us for EatMoveMKE's inaugural seasonal women's hike as we head to Devil's Lake State Park near Baraboo, WI. Enjoy the rock formations, fall colors, and "kettles," as we move our bodies, get fresh air, and create community.

We'll meet at Annie's home in Milwaukee's Bay view neighborhood to start (address offered upon registration) at 8 AM and return to Milwaukee by 4-5 PM depending on the hikes we choose. We'll decide on the level of hike (anywhere from various hikes under 1 mile to hikes around 3 miles) once we see who is attending.

We'll start and end our hike with a gentle yoga practice and breathwork.

Vegetarian/gluten-free box lunch, trail snacks, and carpool options are available.
