Thursdays 5:05-5:35 PM. Meditation is accessible to all levels and body types and is especially suited for beginners. We will practice guided and mantra meditation, pranayama (mindful breathing exercises), improving posture, and gratitude journaling. Bring a meditation cushion or yoga mat, a blank journal and writing tool. Chairs are available as well.
