Tuesdays 3:45-4:45 PM, Yoga for Women’s Health and Journaling is an all-women’s class creating a safe space for self expression and customized to focus on mind-body challenges specific to women. We will begin with time for journaling and focus our asana (posture) practice on healing and supporting the female body. It is accessible to all levels and body types and is great for beginners. Basic stretches, postures and breathwork help to develop strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and body awareness. Bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the site for $10.
