Wednesdays, 6:30-7:45 AM, Wake-up yoga begins with a 5-10 minute meditation followed by an asana (posture) practice including basic stretches, postures and breathwork to develop strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and body awareness. Bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the site for $10.
